Apple ID in Grey - trying to cancel a subscription

HELP!


I've setup an old iphone for my daughter, with family sharing for music and screen time to limit the usage and so that she has to request my ok to download apps. All going great until I need to cancel a free trial subscription for an app she downloaded and I can't seem to select her Apple ID on the phone to do this. Its grey'ed out.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions on the ID?
