iPad restore no computer
Getting apple iPad restore message and I have no computer to hook up. iPad just keeps trying to restart

You need a computer to perform a restore procedure.
If you don't have a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac), borrow one from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
