iPhone 7 bootloop after restore with ios 14.4.X

So I was restoring my iPhone 7 to ios 14.4.1 at first, and then it bootloop over and over, i tried to restore it again via iTunes with recovery mode, it said complete and no error, I've tried third party apps it did the same thing, but if i tried anti recovery mode it says "device unable to boot in normal mode" and still bootlooping, I don't know what to do.
