My Apple Watch will not connect

It needs to be updated but will not connect. When I say for it to skip the update and finish setup it says "unpairing apple watch" on my phone. When I hit update now it jut glitches and says start over or try again. How can I fix this or is this apple watch a lost cause.

When I try to pair it says it needs to update, it start to update and then suddenly appears a message for less than a second and can’t update, and then it says unpairing Apple Watch, and start over. My Apple Watch will not update when I try to connect it to my phone You can see in the picture that I’m connected to the internet but my Apple Watch will not update I have been trying to connect this Apple Watch for a while now and it will not connect because it will not update what do I do???

Also I have already removed it from find my Iphone and reset it to factory settings.

If you've removed it through icloud then you should be at the pairing screen;
