Video call feature in iPhone 7 is not working

Hi, video call feature of all video calling apps including WhatsApp Instagram and facebook is not working for me.

NB : Am using the latest iOS updation

Also my friends with same model can able to video call

My front camera and backcamera is working perfectly

All the permissions are enabled

Help me to fix this error,this happens when I try to call (video) and also when I try to take photos from WhatsApp camera itself.

If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the steps there do not help, let us know a bit more about what's happening. Some helpful information would be:

Are you able to record a video with the built in camera app?
Are you seeing any errors? If so, what does that error say?
When did you first experience this issue? Was it after updating iOS?
