iPhone as webcam, issues

Hi everyone, I often happen to use my iPhone 13 Pro Max for work as a webcam for video conferencing, often these are browser-based calls on a proprietary application for which there is no client to install on any platform.

When I am on a video call and use iPhone as a webcam, I receive calls or video calls on my iPhone and the video pauses, even if from iPhone I decline or don't answer the video never comes back.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?
