Edit user entered step count in health data

Can I edit the step count I manually added to steps in health app? I entered 500 into stairs climbed instead of steps

You should be able to. Open the Health App ➔ Steps ➔ Show All Data ➔ Date and Time in Question ➔ Edit (Top Right) ➔ Click on the RED Circle to the left of the Entry ➔ Delete.
