Hello, I’m trying to purchase a new IPhone on your website, I tried several cards but it always says ‘your payment authorization failed. Please verify you info and try again’, but nothing changes. What can I do and why there is a problem?

1-800-MY-APPLE means 1-800-692-7753. If you are living other country, please visit https://www.apple.com/contact/ and change the location through suggestion bar. Then you can know your country's Apple Online Store number. Here's a screenshot of this!

Hello, thank you for the answer, but actually I don't understand, how I can call this number? It just can't call as I don't know how is it possible to enter these letters "My apple" in the phone number 1-800-MY-APPLE. I'm not having an American phone number for the moment. Thank you for the further support.
