Unable to buy a new iPhone from the Apple website

I am trying to buy a new iPhone from this website, but during checkout, the payment is not completed and a message displays "The payment is not authenticated by the issuer on the card ending ****", while using my HDFC Diner's Club Credit card.

what to do?

Can’t change payment and shipping info and Apple Pay won’t work. Tried paying for an app on my iPad for the first time in a couple years. It asks me to verify an old credit card that is no longer in use. when I go to “settings” then “payment and shipping” the option to “Edit” is greyed out I set up Apple Pay with my current credit and made sure to verify the card. Unable to purchase an IPhone AT&T prepaid Account on Apple Pay monthly payments I have an AT&T prepaid account and wish to purchase an IPhone from the Apple Store online and pay with my Apple Pay/Card account. It is for my wife who is a member of my account and the purchase is rejected because I am informed it is not an appropriate account and I have to purchase the iPhone outright and change our AT&T account ! I am rather displeased as being treated by AT&T and Apple in this manner. I find this process discriminating!
