Logitech M720 Triathlon Bluetooth Mouse won't connect to MBP via Bluetooth

Hello,

I just purchased a Logitech M720 Triathlon Bluetooth Mouse to use between my MBP and my HP Laptop. For some reason I can't get the mouse to connect to my MBP via bluetooth. When I select pair it says "Connected" for about 10 seconds with the little spinning wheel but it goes to the bottom of the list and says "Not Connected" I was able to connect it to my HP Laptop without issue. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this. My OS is 10.12.6
