How do I delete an app completely?
Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.

If it's not on your iPhone, it is deleted.
If you see the cloud icon next to the app then you can re-download again back to your iPhone.
Note: Apps with the cloud icon cannot be deleted, you can only hide them.

It’s still in my App Library. I want it completely gone. When I try to delete it, it says “delete from Home Screen” and it goes to the library. It does not have the cloud icon. As far as I can tell it is still on my phone.
