I believe I’ve been targeted by scammers. I never feel secure or trust anyone claiming to be apple support. I remember the last time I used support chat the chat was timed and was a dark screen that timed out if conversation did not move along but lately it’s just what seems like regular text with a grey back ground with no way to tell what’s legit. I set up a call with apple with all my info and problem to have the automatic machine call and I was on hold while im on hold there is basically zero wait time the line goes quite for a few seconds and a guy finally says his name. Then apple is calling me while I’m in the phone so I switch over. I explained to this guy how I felt and he just asked for my Apple ID I tell him then go on to talk about my Mac. He then says oh you have a Mac then hangs up. Everyone person lately is unprofessional and ask me for personal info. Any help would be appreciated.
