Lost AirPods
I found airpods in my building and to know the owner

Apple provides no way of tracing the owner. Post a notice asking the owner to contact you and then use the Find My service to play a sound indicating they are connected to that person's device, or at least identify the model or show a receipt you can compare to the serial number.
