Icons Disappeared from Launchpad

Hello everyone,

Since two days ago the safari, launchpad and siri icons disappeared.

I've rebooted the MacBookPro but everything stayed the same.

I've also tried to remove them and add them after, and nothing changed either.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

Hi Nuninho,

Try;

Try Safe Mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

If it still doesn't work, go to System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar, and attempt to change the size of the Dock and see if it updates.

If it still doesn't work, go to Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities), let Terminal load, then type Killall Dock.

Cheers,

Jack

Under Normal operations , what is Pinned to stay in the Dock stays in the Dock. Launch Safari via Applications folder - does Safari appear in the Dock. If Yes, Right click the Safari icon in the Dock and choose Options >> Keep in Dock. Choose applications and restart computer. Does the Safari still appear in your Dock ?
