Is it possible to have one phone # allocated to multiple apple ids?
I'm having a hard time registering new ID for corporate users ;(

You can have a single phone number allocated to more than one account. I personally have multiple accounts under my number.
As far as naming rules, you can use your own domain if you wish to. You would just need access to the email of that domain to verify it.
