Safari interferes with Mail, blocks my email from coming in. I can't even bring one of my accounts online. I use Chrome, really don't like Safari, and need it to stop interfering. I have a Mac, system 10.15.

How does it interfere? Any error message or pop-up?
You can try quitting your Safari. Just right-click the Safari icon on your dock and choose the Quit option.
Safari DOE NOT interfere with any of the things you claim. You are plain wrong.. Safari CANNOT be disabled or deleted and has been part of macOS for years now.
