How to cancel a subscription

Hello there, 

I hope this email finds you well. 

I just wanted to ask is there anyway you could refund my money as a few minutes ago I didn’t even know I had agreed to pay R609.00 for a subscription app. It had said there is a 7 day free trial snd put my finger print in my phone because I had thought it was only going to take my money after 7 days, in which I would have cancelled my subscription before that, but instead it took the money straight away, I did not want to pay so much for the subscription. 

The app is called picsart and my Apple ID is ****
