Insert plug-in in between instead of replacing

Hey!

I was wondering how you insert a plug-in into a channel strip so that it doesn't replace the one you drop it over? But rather is inserted in between the existing ones.

AVID Mbox with iPad Pro and Garage Band I have an AVID Box and would like to use it with my iPad Pro 10.5. I have a cable that is lightning one side and a lightning female and USB on the other. I can use the iPad charger with this cable and also plug the Mbox into the usb thus feeding into the iPad. it charges and the lights come on the Mbox. However, the lights on the Mbox are just cycling and it looks like the unit is not being recognized, Also, with Garageband, there is no way to select an external interface via the program. Is an APP simple supposed to just automatically recognize anything plugged into the iPad? This is weid to me. Does anyone know if this AVID Mbox is "class compliant"? I also have an iRig Pro. It does not work with my iPad. It is broken and IK Multimedia wont help me there.

Hey there,

Be sure to select our place the plug-in "in between" the Inserts FX. Look for a HORIZONTAL LINE rather than an boxed outline.
