How to always keep the same desktop on a sidecar-connected iPad?

I want to keep viewing the same desktop on a sidecar-connected iPad even if I swipe to other desktops on my MBP. How can I do this?

Resolved.

To enable "Mission Control > Displays have separate Spaces" and log out.

Sidecar Desktops Hi, I hope someone can help. I'm using a 2020 13" MacBook Pro with a 6th gen iPad. Sidecar works perfectly either over wifi or connected using thunderbolt to lightning but I have a niggle. On my mac I have a number of folders and icons on the desktop and when sidecar starts they all move across to the iPad and the desktop on my Mac is left 'bare'. Is there a way to keep 'Desktop 1' as the main screen on the MacBook and the iPad become 'Desktop 2 or Desktop 3'? Basically - I want my folder icons and stacks on my mac, not on my iPad. Sideacar issues - Displays I have set up my iPad and Macbook pro for sidecar however, when i have my ipad on the left side and my macbook on the right. i cannot use my mouse to drag an item from my macbook onto the ipad (left to right.) instead i have to figure out what side of my macbook display is moving onto the ipad display. i am wondering whether this is a setting issue i can change myself of i have to put my macbook on the left and my ipad on the right.
