If you're looking for a way to control your iPhone from your Mac, that's not possible.

You can use the QuickTime Player program to display the phone's screen and have it be larger. More on that here: https://support.apple.com/guide/quicktime-player/record-a-movie-qtp356b55534/10.5/mac/11.0#apd86177808b0da4

No. That cannot be accomplished. There is no screen mirroring between an iOS, iPadOS or a macOS device. You can mirror your screen from an iOS, iPadOS or a macOS device to a tvOS device or Smart TVs that are AirPlay capable.

In short, NO screen mirroring from iPhone to a Mac. iPhone to the Apple TV device is a YES. iPhone to a Smart TV capable of AirPlay is a YES.
