How To Downgrade My Apple Watch From 7.4 Beta 5 To 7.3.3 ( Latest release )

Hello guys,

I have an Apple Watch 4, and I updated it to the 7.4 Beta 5, and now I want to downgrade to an official software update because 7.4 had too many problems + reduced battery life and health. Is there any solution?

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 7

You can't do that. You will need to wait until watchOS catches up with the beta that is on your watch right now.
