on 29 march 2021 I orderd and on 30 march i got from post office , new iphone 11 64gb purple color in Ukraine, but in that they showing network provider lock, i can’t insert sim card in my phone.
and from where I bought iphone they not replying me , please help me

FYI: Most carrier will only unlock if you are a customer.

Note: Apple do not lock or unlock iPhone.
You can attempt to do so by calling the carrier and asking if they can unlock the phone. Some carriers have a tool on their website to do so, like AT&T.
It appears your iPhone is locked to a particular carrier and will need to be unlocked before it can be used with other network providers.
Sorry, I do not live in Ukraine.
And I also have no idea where you bought the iPhone from and their return policy.
All I can say is a shop that sells locked iPhone should at least tells you which carrier the iPhone supports.
