My IPhone calendar is full of appointment like "You've win an Iphone", "Your Iphone should be not protect from malware..." and many other note with notification, reminder and banner.. For the next 6 days my calendar is full.. more of 20 note x day. How I can remove this virus? Or what is this? WHY THE IPHONE HAVE THIS SECURITY PROBLEM?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
The phone has the issue, because you inadvertently accepted an invitation from a website to “Send Notifications” or other such free offer.
