A restart of your iPad may resolve the issue. If not, you may need to sign-out from iCloud - restart your iPad - and then sign-in again to your iCloud account.

What account would that be? Your email, AppleID, something else?
Directly under settings, my name followed by AppleID, iCloud, etc can't be accessed/clicked on.
Thank you. But this is the main issue, I can't even click on my name. It all went light gray, and inaccessible.
