iCloud stuck at 1%!
i upgraded my icloud storage but my photos are not loading there. its stuck at 1%. i have tried turning phone off and on, signing in and out.

It looks like its taking a while for iCloud Photos to upload. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.
It looks like a large amount of data is being uploaded. This may take some time to complete. If that's not processing properly, we'd recommend connecting your iPhone to a different Wi-Fi network to see if that changes anything.
