When i click redeem in app store it freezes

I’ve tried to restart my ipad but ut won’t work

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

When I click redeem code it doesn't load it and it just freezes the App Store. So when I go to App Store and click my profile and click Redeem gift card or code it doesn't load it instead it makes App Store freeze.
