macOS Screen Recording Audio Not There

I was using Discord to stream my screen to my buddies but they could not hear the audio coming through my computer.

I have given Discord access to everything it wants.

Anything I can do or is this just how Mac is?

record computer audio How do you record computer audio? I can only choose between my monitor's microphone (display audio) or the MacBook mic. Choosing display audio makes a recorded video sound like you're in a tunnel. I use screenFlow, which allows you to use a driver called Telestream to capture computer audio. So if you want to record a youtube video, it will record the computer audio, not the sound coming out of my monitor's speakers. Choosing the MacBook mic records the speaker sound, not the computer audio. This has been going on since it was introduced and I had hoped apple would fix it by Ventura. Still hasn't happened. Unless someone knows a workaround. You can't choose Telestream for input in system settings, only for output. And you can't choose Telestream from the dropdown menu in screen record.

How to enable audio with native macOS screen sharing? I'm trying to use the native screen sharing built into MacOS (between an iMac and Macbook), and it works great, but there's no audio for some reason. Changing the output on either machine doesn't seem to affect anything, and I'm unsure what else to try.

How to screen share Apple TV movie to Discord Hi, I was getting ready for a movie stream on discord and it seems that when I screen shares a movie from the Apple TV app on my MacBook air, it shows it black when I see the movie perfectly. it also won't share the sound either. is there a way to fix this?

I have tried that 3rd party software. It unfortunately is a payed program. I appreciate the feedback though.
