How do I UNLINK devices from Keynote on iPad?

How do I remove devices from my Keynote Remote list on my iPad?

I have had trouble linking my iPad to my MacBook Pro. As a result, the name of the MacBook Pro appears in the Keynote Remote menu THREE times, with the exact same name. (At the moment, none work, and I need to reconnect again, which will give me a 4th entry with the exact same name.)

1. How do I remove devices from the list? or, barring that,
2. How do I give them unique names?

This is on a company computer. I cannot rename the devices.
