Almost new Apple Watch Serie 3 loud "ratteling" noise from Taptic engine during notification

Hi! I purchased an Apple Watch Serie 3 (42mm LTE) about 5 months ago and I noticed recently that depending on the angle where my arm is (so as my watch as well), I sometime have a very loud "ratteling" noise from the Taptic Engine during a notification. It's mostly happening when the watch is horizontal to the ground.

I found several customer complain about this issue on other forums online and I am wondering if this is something that is easy to get fixed (I assume replacing the Watch) under Apple warranty? Since I am located in an area in Canada where the nearest Apple Store is 2 hours far from my location, what are my option to get my Watch replaced? Finally, is there any changes that the replacement Watch shows the same issue since there's a pretty good amount of customer complaint about this issue?
