No WIFI

Why does my phone at work change to LTE. It shows I'm connected to WIFI but in the top right corner is shows LTE. I have reset router, modem, network settings, forgot network and rejoined, toggled my airplane mode and all upgrades are done. This just started a couple months ago. I can sign on at home no problem. Others in my office have no problem with Wi-Fi but they are with a different carrier

Also since I paid my phones off at Verizon I notice my cellular data has increased and I am starting to run over every month.

Is all this happening so I will have to buy another phone?

If it doesn’t log in to Wi-Fi at work ask your IT department if they need to whitelist your phone to use the work network. And how did you reset the router and modem at work? They are controlled by your IT department.
