MBP stuck in boot loop.

I just replaced both speakers in my early 2013 MBP. Now I get a message saying the computer needs to restart in a bunch of different languages. It does that endlessly. I can’t get it to recovery mode. I’m trying to reinstall the OS from an external and I can select the volume but then it goes to the Apple log progress bar and doesn’t get past 3/4. I have tried all the other reset options and nothing is working. I checked all the connections on the MB and all look fine. Any ideas?
