HomePod mini multiuser

The setup for allowing HomePod to recognize multiple family members doesn't work. Apple says to make sure "recognize my voice" is ON. The OPTION for it to be on or off doesn't even show up for any other family members if they have their own Apple ID. And their calendars, music, etc is on THEIR phone not the phone or computer or ID of the primary user. How do we get around this?

HomePod mini does not recognize voice of other family member We can set up our home with the home app on an iPad, or computer and it works fine for the Resident (owner), and we can add the wife in as Resident (Admin) too but no matter how many times we follow all of the instructions, it never recognizes her voice. It always thinks it's his voice. Even when corrected it doesn't get fixed. We've restarted the homepod, recreated the home itself, and re-entered the setup process info multiple times. Nothing will get her recognized, though it will respond to commands or questions but won't pull HER information like playlists, calendar etc. There's only the two of us in the house.

HomePod recognises wife as me in 13.2.1 I'm trying to use the new multiple users feature however it's failing miserably. The HomePod recognises me just fine, however despite having added the wife as a separate user and adding her voice, it recognises her as me. The HomePod insists she is me and there doesn't seem to be a way to change that. We use separate AppleID/iCloud accounts for personal stuff however she shares my AppleID for the iTunes Store/media. HomeKit recognises her as a separate user just fine in the app and sees her personal account and the shared media account under her name. I've tried resetting the HomePod and we've both reset Hey Siri on our devices and turned off/on Recognise my voice and personal requests in the Home app. No luck. I'm really hoping Apple haven't been daft enough to link the voice profiles to the media account??

HomePod intercom Hi. Does various HomePods need to be under the same home from a specific member to allow intercom to work across the devices? Our have been setup with each family members account however the Homepods cannot “find” one another.
