my iPad has become unresponsive while downloading updates

Now stuck on continuous download carousel wheel while "verifying updates"

can't turn off iPad to reboot

ANY ideas please

iPad stuck on update Hello, I recently tried to update my iPad to the newest iOS but it just stalls out when it is almost complete. Even if I drain the battery and try to turn it on again it automatically will go to the update queue. It has been about a week and I have tried everything. Any advice or program that I can use to fix this? It is permanently stuck on the update. Restarting has not worked and neither has apeaksoft.
