Unpair and re-pair apple watch but set as a new watch

I want to unpair my apple watch and re-pair it to my iphone, and if i set it as a new watch, instead of restore from backup, will i lose all Activity apps data and all badges i have earned?

No it will just reset all your settings such as watch faces etc.
