Why doesn’t my exercise ring reflect my workouts? Yesterday I did a 3 mile cycle and a 1 mile walk for a total time of 49 minutes. Each of those are tracked, but my exercise ring doesn’t give me credit for them. Why is that.

It’s unfortunate for older people with physical limitations that that is the criteria for getting exercise credit. It should be based on age criteria as well as have the ability to account for limitations such as arthritis that can prevent a person from a 3.3 mi per hour pace. I find it somewhat age and disability discriminatory because of this. Apple should update it’s fitness app to reflect these types of issues so we, ad older adults, can still get credit for exercising when we are doing it up to our capabilities. (Heart rate measurements should have an age-related adjustment range.
