I have a virus in my calendar
I received every day more of 20 appointments with this text. And I don’t have a options to stoped, deleted or blocked.

It's not a virus. iPhones cannot get viruses. Rather, you clicked on a link that was actually an invitation to a spam calendar.
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
