12 pro phone transfer issues

Like many of the others have stated, my transfer from an 8 plus to 12 pro is not going smoothly. I am on my 3rd factory reset and now old phone is stuck on 2 min remaining in transfer and 12 pro says UPDATE APPLE SETTINGS as some account services will not be available until you sign in again. When I try to press the CONTINUE button it is frozen. What should I do?

I transferred data on 2 new iPhone 12 minis One transfer only had a small glitch on the 2 minutes left. The second has been stuck for 48 hrs. I read comments it can take a long time. Come On! I would like to use my phone. New phone appears to work fine but I can’t close down the old one or it asks if I want to cancel the transfer. I did not see an answer to my issue as mine has not resolved by itself.

im setting up a new iphone xr it is stuck on setting up transfer from my old iphone and i can not get it to do anything but spin for a whole night new iphone xr started the initial set up got to the point where it said setting up your apple id with the little spin going on! did facial recognition entered apple id etc.. its just spinning all night.. can not even turn it off to restart

Going from an old 8 to a new 12 I chose this direct transfer method. 30 hours ago. It seemed ok and got to finish on new device. Answered all questions. But apps were all “busy loading”. How do I know status/start over? When setting up new iPhone and using the direct Bluetooth copy method, how can you monitor progress on new device. Restart if necessary. My transfer worked well at first. Got to finish on new device. Now it’s setup and phone, email, basic apps all are working. But about 40 other apps, games, utilities, etc. are all frozen with “Loading” status. That was 30 hours ago, none seem to have moved. How do I monitor status? Restart transfer if necessary without effecting my carrier settings.

iPhone to iPhone, there are three ways,

Quick Transfer --> Use QuickStart to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad or iPod ...
Restore from iCloud Backup --> Restore or set up your device from an iCloud backup - Apple ...
Restore from iTunes backup --> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in iTunes on PC ...
