Ugly Big Sur Start Up Screen, How to Change???

Hi,

Hoping someone has an idea of how to change the awful start up screen with the latest version of Big Sur?

In the past it seems like you could change it, or it was not so offensive that I noticed. Perhaps a landscape, etc.

Now it's that splash of balloon ball colors that hits me like battery acid every time I turn on my computer. I notice that I have an instant negative reaction and want to sign in as fast as possible, so I don't have to look at a largely red and orange screen first thing in the morning.

Once past the initial screen, I know how to change that, but it is the first screen when you turn the computer on.

Anyone have a fix that does not require a degree in software programming? :)
