Navigation Prompts Cutting Off

From your post you’ve described Bluetooth being cut off when using navigation. 

First, check this out: View maps on iPhone   After reviewing this guide, besides the information included in the first section, focus in on “Allow Maps to use your precise location” too.  Let’s make sure the settings are correct on your iPhone, and Location Services are enabled. It’s a great idea to make sure your iOS is up-to-date too. 

If you’re using Bluetooth with an accessory, this will help: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch  We’re offering this because it has great steps included under “If you can't connect to one of these devices”.  We realize the Bluetooth is disconnecting, but this still has good stuff.
