I shared my Apple ID with a family member to open up the App Store and download apps. But I am unsure if the photos will get transferred on his device. On settings they have a different iCloud. But in the App Store they have mine. Will the photos get transferred ?

If you have different iCloud IDs, the photos should not transfer.
