Iphone 8 front camera shows green tint after water damage

So my iphone8 front camera shows green tint after i droped it in water, just to me cleared my phone is opened so it lost its water resistance. For that day when it was dropped in water it does some weird issues but after time the issues went away, at this day which makes it day 4th from when I dropped it in water it still contains the same issue. A photo is attached of what is happening, kindly tell me if there is a way to get it fixed, there is no apple store here in this country this is what’s happening
