Dear sir i purchase iPhone X and last time I use around 2 month and after this phone updated and now its asking about owner id when I purchase i ask from this shop they said we don't know.
my iPhone is now locked and I cant do anything. i have purchase slip I'm also attaching this now and IMEI also giving to you my Gmail was also log in in this device and i cloud id was same and also my sim card was same

you have to contact the previous owner if there is an activation lock
