IK IRigKeys 2 Pro doesn't work with Logic

I recently purchased a 37 key iRig Pro 2. when I plug it in via USB to my MacBook Pro using OS 11.2.3 it doesn't trigger any software instruments. The device works fine with Garageband and Sibelius.

The older iRig key 37 Pro works fine.

I've gone back and forth with IK Media and they say the problem is with Logic. Help!
