I am trying to install Windows. When I open Boot Camp Control Panel, it shows this:
Is disk1 a Windows or Mac startup disk
When I startup to mac It went well

AppleControlPanel.exe checks if it can 'see' the macOS volume. If you are on an older Mac, which does not recognize APFS, this will happen.
See when are boot camp drivers going to be up… - Apple Community for reference.

Are you asking for steps to run Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support? You will need a USB2 flash drive which will erased/formatted. You will need to follow the steps in the document.
What happens when you select Windows? Does it boot Windows properly?
If your issue is not being able to see/select macOS from Bootcamp Control Panel, then you have an issue with Bootcamp drivers. Can you describe how you installed BC drivers?
But how?
The problem still persists, it is below:
I am using MacBook Air 13-inch 2017 running Catalina 10.15.7
Are you using any third-party APFS software? Are Bootcamp drivers installed?
How could my system made me panicking that I can’t restart to macOS Anymore
If you reboot and hold Alt/Option key, what are the available options?
No just Boot Camp Assistant, I don’t know where to install boot camp drivers
Oh great, I just remove the Windows Partition without noticing something, I will take a photo soon
What happens when you select the Macintosh HD icon?
It boots up to macOS as usual
When I install Windows, it Automatocally Downloads Windows Support Software
