iTunes crashes while syncing music with iPhone.

I’ve had problems syncing music before where it will say “cannot decode” but now iTunes will get stuck syncing specific tracks. This leads to the sync being incancellabile, iTunes being unclosable either though alt+F4 or task manager, restarting or shutting off the computer will only get stuck and reinstalling it hasn’t worked.
