Facial recognition no longer works after updating to 14.4.2

I have an iphone xr and since downloading 14.4.2 I have no end to my problems on my phone. My facial recognition no longer works, I have blue blocks jumping all over my screen, there is an alarm that goes off every few hours that I cannot find the source of, predictive text is back after I disabled it, alert messages don’t go away after a bit. MOST frustrating! Please HELP

If you still need help, reset Face ID, then set it up again. Go to settings > Face ID & Passcode and tap Reset Face ID. Then tap Set up Face ID to set it up again. If you can't enrol your face, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or AppleAuthorized Service Provider or contact Apple Support.12-Jan-2021
