unable press my password to unlock my watch after more than many time wrong password

I careless to press “screen curtain” in accessibility set up from my I watch app, so watch screen come off then auto lock on, then I unable to get screen curtain off, so watch screen is off , so press face watch many times, until I turn curtain off, but my watch face become unable to press anything on face. So unable to unlock my watch?
