New iphone12 pro won’t turn on or charge

Brand new iphone 12 pro, been using it for a month, no issues, runs smoothly.

But just the other day, went to sleep with it’s battery still at 95%, and woke up to find it dead and not responding to any hard/ force reset. Tried connecting to iTunes but device not detected. Plugged it in charger for an hour and more, still no response. Have any of you had same experience?? Guys help please

Follow these steps:

  • Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device.
  • Restart your device: iPhone. iPod touch.
  • Try a different USB cable or charger.
  • Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS.
  • Contact Apple Support to set up the service.
