Subscription and refund
Hello, yesterday I contacted the Unidays support team. For some reason, my subscription was changed from student to individual. I have re-confirmed that I have been a university student since 2018 and will study until 2022. For the second month in a row, they automatically deduct $ 5 from my card, I noticed this only yesterday and this means that the subscription was changed without my knowledge. Now, in order to return my student subscription, I need to pay another $ 3, although, as I said earlier, $ 5 has already been withdrawn from my card. I ask you to pay attention to this problem, resolve the issue with my student subscription and return to me the money that the application took for an individual subscription. I also wrote to Unidays email several times about refunds, but my messages were ignored.
