Apple watch won't turn on, and is stuck in restart loop when on charger

Hi,

I had my Apple Watch 4 in swim mode recently while I was swimming and I noticed the watch started to 'freak out' mid swim. It kept restarting and trying to call SOS. Finally it shut down. I went home, put it on charger and it seems to be in a loop where the screen goes black, then the apple appears, and then it goes black again. I can't turn the watch on (whether on or off the charger), my phone doesn't connect to it, and I can't hard reseat it pressing the button and dial on the side...

Any advice here? Am I doomed?
